Concrete Curing Compound

XN-P1 is a specialized curing compound designed for concrete applications. It is applied immediately after concrete placement. The curing compound forms a protective film on the concrete surface, preventing moisture evaporation during the curing process. This ensures optimal conditions for cement hydration, enabling effective self-curing of the concrete. As a result, the concrete develops excellent strength while minimizing the formation of shrinkage cracks during drying. This product is particularly effective in hot and dry conditions, significantly improving surface curing performance.

Typical Application

This product is suitable for curing concrete in arid, water-deficient, hot, and windy conditions. It is ideal for curing various types of concrete surfaces that are difficult to maintain with water, including large surface areas, irregularly shaped structures, indoor concrete floors, and mortar surfaces. It is especially useful for structures where water curing is impractical.

Storage Requirements

Store in the original sealed packaging in a dry indoor environment. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing. Storage temperature should be maintained between +5°C and +35°C.

Recommended Dosage

Under standard conditions, the recommended application rate is 0.2–0.25 kg/m² (or 1 kg per 4–5 m²). For applications requiring higher moisture retention (when the standard concrete moisture loss rate is < 550 g/m²), the dosage should be increased to 0.4–0.45 kg/m². The actual dosage may vary depending on wind speed, humidity, and ambient temperature.
